Arctic Cat Rugged Radio Cover

A drop-in front faceplate cover that finishes the factory-look radio pocket on an Arctic Cat dash. The bezel is toleranced to the Rugged Radios chassis so the head unit seats flush without shims, and the mounting ears line up with the stock hardware pattern — no drilling, no trimming.

Printed in carbon-filled nylon because the dash is the hottest, most UV-hammered surface on the machine. PA-CF holds its shape through summer heat-soak where PLA sags and PETG creeps, and the carbon fill kills the glossy look so it disappears against the interior plastics.

Every cover is printed at 100% infill through a 1.2 mm wall, then hand-deburred and test-fitted against a reference chassis before it ships.
